• Google Business Profile: Reviews, ratings, search queries, profile views, calls, direction requests
• Facebook: Page followers, post engagement, ad performance, audience demographics
• Instagram: Followers, engagement rates, content performance, audience insights

Information Collected Automatically

• Device information (browser type, operating system)
• IP address and approximate location
• Pages you visit within Applisum
• Actions you take (campaigns created, tools used)

• For Channel Managers: If you're a Hands-Off customer, your Channel Manager accesses your data to manage your campaigns

Your data is stored on Google Cloud/Firebase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security practices including:
